Financial help

For transportation assistance, the user must go to Rimouski first (closest location) and will benefit from a 90$ financial assistance. If the need requires it and he has to go to Quebec City, the same amount will be allocated. For financial assistance for medication, the amount allocated will be determined according to the user's situation (insurance,...). Membership card 12$.
