Programmes dedicated to the distribution of communication aids for people who have undergone these types of surgery: the Laryngectomy Service (SAL) and the Communication Aid Programme (PAC).

Service offerings

Laryngectomy

Esophageal voice training. Functional use of an artificial larynx. Persons covered by the RAMQ who have undergone a total or partial laryngectomy, a tracheotomy, a glossectomy or permanent damage to the ENT sphere, referred by a health professional None Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm All hospital centers in Western Quebec Main services offered at the CHUM

Medical supplies

Loan of communication aids. Donation of disposable communication aid supplies. Repair and replacement of devices.
