Kinesiology
Group training program to make training progressive and adapted to oncology patients. All supervised by a physical activity professional for people with cancer.A training guide will be given to you including the different exercises proposed during the sessions. Each session will be assigned a theme (exercises with balls, exercises with elastics, etc.) and there will be a variation of 3 difficulties per exercise so that you can adapt them to your condition, your limitations or your energy level.

Information and documentation
Interactive rehabilitation program. It is given in 7 group sessions and is designed to encourage the participant to become actively involved in the post-treatment follow-up of cancer. The aim of the program is to provide a successful transition from the end of active cancer treatment to the re-appropriation of daily life by focusing on physical health and emotional well-being. This program has been awarded best practice by Accreditation Canada and has been recognized by the Société de cancérologie du Québec. OQPAC offers it Free. of charge to the community in partnership with the CHU of Quebec City.
