Information and documentation

The Patient and Family Resources section is intended for citizens and patients of health and social services institutions who wish to obtain information on telehealth and its services. It also provides instructions on how to access a virtual meeting with a health professional. It includes information on the elements to consider for a virtual meeting; virtual meetings with the oncology nurse; how to participate in a planned virtual meeting; a toolbox for the patient and his or her family; the virtual follow-up platform in the living environment (SVMV); and video capsules for patients. Everyone Accessible throughout the province
