The Palliative Home Care Society of Greater Montreal is a non-profit health organization whose mission is to provide free, high quality palliative care and services at home to anyone who is ill with cancer or any other advanced stage of the disease and who wishes to live at home during the last stage of his or her life.

A respite service for loved ones is available by providing a safe presence and assistance with daily tasks to meet the patient's basic needs. Island of Montreal

Medical care

Provision of care by nurses specialising in palliative care, symptom management, personalised teaching of the care to be given to the patient's family carers, medical visits at home, night nursing assistant in the home when required. Information and documentation

Personalised training in caring for the sick for family carers to empower them to meet the needs of the patient. Island of Montreal
