Meals delivery

Service description: Home delivery of meals. Target clientele: Elderly, disabled, ill and families Format: Service offered 5 days a week. On reservation in advance. Service area: Valcourt; Maricourt; Racine; Bonsecours; Laurenceville; Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle; Canton of Valcourt Fees: Meals on wheels: $5.50 per meal. Rates subject to change. Transportation and accompaniment

Service description: Transportation service for medical appointments and help with errands. Target clientele: Elderly, disabled, ill and families Format: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm On reservation in advance. Service area: Valcourt; Maricourt; Racine; Bonsecours; Laurenceville; Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle; Canton of Valcourt Fees: Meals on wheels: $5.50 per meal. Rates subject to change. Domestic help

Service description: Remote monitoring service . Target clientele: Elderly, disabled, ill and families Format: Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm Service area: Valcourt; Maricourt; Racine; Bonsecours; Laurenceville; Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle; Canton of Valcourt Fees: Installation and loan of the remote monitoring device: $75 and $20 annually. Support group

Service description: Friendly meetings every Tuesday afternoon. No meetings during the summer. Target clientele: Elderly, disabled, ill and families Format: Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm Service area: Valcourt; Maricourt; Racine; Bonsecours; Laurenceville; Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle; Canton of Valcourt Fees: Meals on Wheels: $ 5.50 meal. Transport: 0.38 / km can vary depending on the price at the pump. Installing and ready for remote monitoring device: $ 75 and $ 20 annual. Rates subject to change.
