The Foundation offers a variety of activities in its Regional Centers and online, for people with cancer and their loved ones.
Whether it’s to keep you in shape, talk to people, maintain good self-esteem or equip yourself to cope better with cancer, you will find the service or activity that suits you and that will do you good.
Look Good Feel Better
The program’s workshops of Look Good Feel Better help women with cancer overcome the effects of treatments on their appearance. Using cosmetics and hair alternatives, women can again take charge of their looks, adopt a more positive attitude while facing cancer and feel better about themselves.
Under the direction of a team of volunteers specialized in skin care, participants learn special make-up techniques and hear practical advice on skin and nail care, on the hygienic use of cosmetics and hair alternatives.
Coffee get-togethers provide people with cancer and their loved ones the opportunity to share their thoughts and feelings in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Together, they can talk openly about their experience and concerns, while finding support and reassurance.
Nothing is more natural and accessible than walking to stay in shape, socialize or reduce side effects caused by cancer treatments.
As part of our kinesiology workshops, many walking clubs for all levels are organized, free of charge, for people with cancer. The activity, offered free of charge, includes a warm-up, exercises adapted to the group and stretching.
