The Foundation offers a variety of complementary therapies, in its Regional and accommodation Centers as well as online, for people with cancer and sometimes their loved ones.
We offer you activities that help you cope better with the ordeal on a daily basis.
Acupuncture treatment is a complementary therapy recognized for its ability to relieve cancer symptoms or the side effects of treatment.
Acupuncture treatment consists of implanting small, sterile, single-use needles into specific sites of the skin. The acupuncturist adapts each intervention to the client’s condition at the time of the consultation (type of cancer, treatments, etc.).

The painting workshop enables a person with cancer to explore a new way to express his or her emotions. Painting is a diversion which, without tiring the body, entirely absorbs the spirit. The goal is to have fun and to set aside other concerns for a moment. Creativity is one key that allows access to a greater inner personal space. It is one way to enter into ourselves in a spirit of relaxation.
You do not need artistic talent or experience. Just let yourself be guided by the volunteer leading the workshop and explore through colour and form.
