Guided meditation

This session of relaxation and internalization is a moment for you, a moment which lets each person get away from the day’s noises, take time to recharge their batteries and to focus their energies on improving their well-being.

This activity also enables participants to adopt simple techniques for reducing stress, which are accessible and applicable in daily life.

Duration of 50 minutes according to the following formula:

  • Reading, testimonial, or interview on the theme of health factors
  • Exchange between participants
  • Adapted and guided meditation
