Guided meditation

This session of relaxation and internalization is a moment for you, a moment which lets each person get away from the day’s noises, take time to recharge their batteries and focus their energies on improving their well-being.

In the form of a support group, this activity also offers a space for sharing and solidarity between participants. Thanks to the adapted and guided meditation period, this activity also enables participants to adopt simple techniques for reducing stress that are accessible and applicable in daily life.

Each session lasts 50 minutes, according to the following formula:

  • Reading, testimonial, or interview on the theme of health factors
  • Exchange between participants
  • Adapted and guided meditation
