The Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation is dedicated to increasing cancer survival in Eastern Ontario. We support care and research to prevent, detect, diagnose and cure cancer.

Support group

Climb Program: This program was developed by the Children's Treehouse Foundation, a non-profit foundation dedicated to providing emotional support to children who have parents or a loved one living with cancer. The program offers group sessions in which conversation and art are used to help children ages six to eleven identify and appropriately express complex feelings. The goal is to build on the child's strengths and improve his or her ability to cope with the stress of the parent's illness. Support group

Group coaching sessions : meeting people with similar needs and objectives. Facilitated by people trained in oncology coaching (nurses, social workers). Free services. Ottawa
