Les Amis du crépuscule offers support services to people in palliative care and their loved ones as well as to any bereaved person, while offering awareness-raising activities to the population aimed at better understanding the end of life and the grieving process.

Bereavement

Complementary information: Support for bereaved people by volunteers trained in active listening. Group support of 4 to 7 bereaved children aged 6 to 12; individual meetings for bereaved adolescents or young adults; individual or group follow-up support for bereaved adults. Accompaniment in severe diagnosis Accompaniment in severe diagnosis

Complementary information: Home support for people at the end of their lives. Supervision provided by the CLSC home support team. Support for people at the end of their lives accommodated in the palliative care unit of the Hôtel-Dieu de Saint-Hyacinthe Center.
