OB Yoga

OB YOGA in collaboration with the Quebec Cancer Foundation offers Free. yoga classes to all people who have been diagnosed with cancer and are undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy or hormone therapy, according to their physical abilities. OB YOGA has designed a class specifically formulated for people undergoing cancer treatment, followed by a period of guided meditation to relieve the stress of this ordeal. Isabelle O’Brien, who leads these classes, is certified in oncological yoga by the University of Calgary.

Complementary information: OB YOGA in collaboration with the Quebec Cancer Foundation offers free live online yoga classes to anyone diagnosed with cancer who is undergoing chemotherapy, radiation or hormone therapy. These classes are also available as replays and are sent to students for viewing at the appropriate time. These workshops are gentle and respectful of surgeries or other conditions. This is followed by a period of guided meditation to relieve the stress of the ordeal. Isabelle O'Brien, who leads these classes, is certified in oncology yoga by the University of Calgary.
