A place for mutual aid, listening and sharing whose mission is to offer activities and services that meet the needs of the community in order to contribute to keeping seniors aged 55 and over in their natural living environment for as long as possible, while promoting their well-being and quality of life.

Service offerings

Bereavement

Complementary information: Free support group for people who have been bereaved for at least six months and are 55 years of age or older. Meetings will be held for 10 weeks, one session per week. Transportation and accompaniment

Complementary information: A transportation and medical accompaniment service for people 55 years of age and older with a loss of autonomy, trips to the grocery store, the bank or the pharmacy in St-Léonard or any other essential trips. People aged 55 and over Opening hours: On reservation in advance Location where the service is offered: Saint-Léonard Fees: The rate is calculated by mileage, minimum $10. Annual fee of $12.

Frienship visits

Complementary information: Security phone, phone and friendship visit. People aged 55 and over Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am 12:00 ET 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Location where the service is offered: Saint-Léonard Fees: Voluntary contribution for activities and transportation and annual fee of $ 12
