The Palliative Home Care Society of Greater Montreal is a non-profit health organization whose mission is to provide free, high quality palliative care and services at home to anyone who is ill with cancer or any other advanced stage of the disease and who wishes to live at home during the last stage of his or her life.

Accompaniment in severe diagnosis

Palliative care

Medical care

Complementary information: Provision of care by nurses specialising in palliative care, symptom management, personalised teaching of the care to be given to the patient's family carers, medical visits at home, night nursing assistant in the home when required.
