Our program seeks to support initiatives focused on accompanying Quebecers with cancer while also improving their healthcare and services journey.
Objectives
- Optimize access, for healthcare professionals, patients and their loved ones, to education, prevention and screening programs.
- Improve access to psychological support for patients and their loved ones.
- Make patients and their loved ones increasingly aware of available physical well-being programs.
- Provide patients with greater access to financial and legal assistance.
- Optimize access to adapted and focused support for youth aged 15 to 39.
- Make patients and their loved ones aware of the availability of lodgings near Quebec oncology centers.
Call for projects
There are major issues in terms of support for people affected by cancer, and this is in all regions of Quebec.
We are pleased, particularly in light of the Foundation’s mission of accompanying and helping people with cancer and their loved ones, to support your initiatives focused on addressing the issues regarding access to care and services and strengthening the health network ecosystem in Quebec.
