Palliative care support services

Complementary information: Respite and end-of-life care at home, in long-term care facilities, hospitals, and retirement homes. Support for caregivers. For individuals receiving palliative care and their loved ones. Opening hours: Open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Location where the service is offered: Trois-Rivières. Fees: Free service.

Bereavement

Complementary information: Support for bereaved individuals: individual meetings at a location chosen by the user. For individuals experiencing bereavement. Opening hours: Open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Location where the service is offered: At home or at the organization’s administrative offices. Fees: Free service.

Information and documentation

Complementary information: 36-hour training program focused on supporting individuals receiving palliative or end-of-life care, as well as providing support to their loved ones. Open to everyone. Opening hours: Registration required; the training is offered in person at the organization’s premises. Location where the service is offered: At the organization’s administrative offices.
