Complementary information:
Home delivery of hot meals designed by nutritionists, featuring complete and varied menus. Meals on Wheels is an eligible service for the home support tax credit program for individuals aged 70 and over.
How it works: A request must be submitted to the ABIO office during the week prior to the desired start date for receiving Meals on Wheels services. Please contact us at 418-828-1586, extension 1.
La Baratte: Frozen meals available for order once per month and delivered to your home.
For seniors, individuals who are ill, recovering, experiencing difficulties, or losing autonomy.

Deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
