The Albatross Movement is a movement whose mission is to accompany, Free. of charge and without discrimination of any kind, people with serious illnesses who are living the last stages of their lives, from the moment the diagnosis is announced.

Accompaniment in severe diagnosis

Complementary information: Support services offered from the time of diagnosis announcement and throughout the final stages of life. Services are available at home, in hospitals, CHSLDs, palliative care homes, and residential care settings. For individuals receiving palliative or end-of-life care, as well as their loved ones. Opening hours: By appointment. Location where the service is offered: MRC Des Sources : Danville, Ham-Sud, Saint-Adrien, Saint-Camille, Saint-Georges-de-Windsor, Val-des-Sources (ville-centre), Wotton. Fees: Free service.

Bereavement

Complementary information: Bereavement support services: individual meetings held at a location chosen by the user. For bereaved individuals. Opening hours: By appointment.
