Service offerings

Help at home

Complementary information: Support, companionship, and supervision services, as well as personal hygiene care and assistance with daily activities (dressing, meals, getting up, and bedtime routines).

Financial assistance may be available through the Financial Assistance Program for Domestic Help Services (PEFSAD), as well as through the home support tax credit program. Open to the general population, primarily seniors. Opening hours: Administration: Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 4.30 pm. Customer service: 7/7 depending on staff availability. Location where the service is offered: Borough of Beauport; Côte de Beaupré; Île d'Orléans; Ste-Brigitte-de-Laval. Fees: Depending on the service requested.

Beauty and body care

Complementary information: Personal care and assistance services.
