Frienship visits

Complementary information: Friendship visits. Support for caregivers. Elderly or convalescent ppeople. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8h30 to 12h00 and from 13h00 to 16h30. Location where the service is offered: Sainte-Catherine, La Prairie, Delson, Saint-Constant, Saint-Mathieu, Saint-Philippe and Candiac Fees: Transportation: $ 0.45 / km; mess: $ 6.50 meal

Transportation and accompaniment

Complementary information: The objective of the accompaniment/transportation service provided by the volunteers is to offer a physical and reassuring presence as well as a means of transportation to people living at home, when travelling for medical or psychosocial purposes. People in need of accompaniment, i.e. a physical and reassuring presence, in which accompaniment is not available in their environment. Opening hours: The request must be made as soon as possible (within 10 working days before the appointment), directly to the South Shore Volunteer Center. Location where the service is offered: Sainte-Catherine, La Prairie, Delson, Saint-Constant, Saint-Mathieu, Saint-Philippe and Candiac Fees: Transportation: $0.45/Km; varies by route

Meals delivery

Complementary information: Hot lunch delivered at least two days a week according to the schedule of each service point. Frozen meals available in Longueuil, Saint-Lambert and Candiac. Seniors and people in convalescence Opening hours: On reservation and according to the point of service Location where the service is offered: Sainte-Catherine, La Prairie, Delson, Saint-Constant, Saint-Mathieu, Saint-Philippe and Candiac Fees: 6.50 $ per meal
