Service offerings

Meals delivery

Service description: Eligible customers can order vacuum-packed meals. The two suppliers, Les Repas Desjardins and Délicatesse Zaragoza inc. Target clientele: Elderly, disabled, sick, convalescent or in need of respite and any other person referred by a health professional Format: Order on Thursday between 9:00 am and 2:30 pm for delivery on Thursday noon of the following week Service area: Cap-Rouge, St-Félix Parish, Les Sources, Bocage du Golf, Secteur le Faubourg, Domaine de l'Érable rouge Fees: Voluntary contribution for activities and transportation and annual fee of $ 12.00 Languages offered: %langues_offertes%

Rest

Service description: Respite for loved ones and accompaniment during a severe diagnosis. Volunteers chosen for their competence in intervention and subject to a code of ethics are available to offer their support to people at the end of life who wish to live this precious moment with their loved ones at home. Volunteers offer free respite to caregivers. Target clientele: Everyone Format: Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Service area: Cap-Rouge, St-Félix Parish, Les Sources, Bocage du Golf, Secteur le Faubourg, Domaine de l'Érable rouge Fees: Transport $ 0.50 KM / MOW prices ranging from $ 6.25 to $ 8.75 Languages offered: %langues_offertes%
