The mission of the Centre d’action bénévole is the promotion and development of voluntary and community action in the many sectors of human activity. It promotes a space for voluntary commitment around the many social, community and humanitarian issues related to the various problems of our territory.

Palliative care

Complementary information: Accompaniment in palliative care and at the end of life Volunteers accompany people at the end of life during the last month of the palliative period. Our services are offered primarily at home, in seniors' residences and, very occasionally, in CHSLDs and hospitals. People in palliative care and their caregivers. Transportation and accompaniment

Meals delivery

Complementary information: Delivery of fresh or frozen meals. Elderly people, sick people, families in difficulty. Domestic help

Complementary information: Le P'Tit bonheur: This service offers new parents the support of a volunteer who can go to their home to offer a few hours of respite care on a regular basis, depending on the needs of the parent(s). Our counsellor first goes to the young family's home to assess the need and then matches a volunteer to provide temporary respite for the young family. Young families.
