Service description: Training and information sessions For caregivers of the elderly. Target clientele: 65 years and older and their relatives Format: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Check the organization's website for meeting schedules Service area: Gatineau, Buckingham, Aylmer and Hull Fees: Membership is $20 per year or $35 for two people living in the same home. Support group

Service description: Individual support and matching program For caregivers and seniors. Domestic help

Service description: Visits and friendship phone calls. Transportation and accompaniment

Service description: Free transportation to medical appointments and for errands twice a week. Target clientele: 66 years and older and their relatives Format: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm By reservation in advance. Service area: Gatineau, Buckingham, Aylmer and Hull Fees: Membership $20 per year or $35 for two people living in the same household. Round trip transportation: Hull - $15; Gatineau, Ottawa and Aylmer - $20; Kanata, Wakefield, Buckingham and Orleans - $40 Inter-regional transportation available; rates to be announced.
